TATTVAS: A Workshop on The Elemental Alchemy of the Soul

elements.jpg

Tattvas is a Sanskrit word that means “the principles upon which all of creation rests”.
In Ayurveda, these principles are known as the five elements.

In this workshop participants will learn about the ways that the elemental energies of nature are manifested through the body and mind creating our perception and understanding of reality.

The elements are forces that influences our lives on an everyday basis. Once we start to understand how fire, air, earth, water and ether are reflected in the ways we think and move, we become empowered to create the perfect alchemy of these elements within ourselves to achieve harmony, and a sense of communion with all life.

In the second portion of the workshop, we will be crafting body oil blends to support our relationship practice with the elements. We will intentionally choose oils that carry healing properties that impact the subtle mind and create a frequency of vibration that resonates with higher states of consciousness.

All materials are included.

*Please, register in advance to help us organize the supplies.
