The drama of being angry all the time. The drama of feeling sorry for yourself. The drama of always being the victim.
In this lecture with Maestro Manuel Rufino, we will explore TANTRUM YOGA: the yoga of overcoming your drama. He will share various ways you can liberate yourself from daily obstacles that prevent growth in your life. We will have ample time for questions and conversation. Tea and light snacks and music will be offered throughout the evening.
