COMMUNITY YOGA and MEDITATION
A Soul Centered Practice for All Bodies
Community Yoga is a Soul Centered Yoga Practice meant for everyone!
We practice seasonally and according to the lunar cycle. Each yoga practice is uniquely designed based on Ayurveda principles and Astrology. Expect every week to be slightly different to honor your own bodies changing needs as well as the rhythms and teachings of nature.
Expect to move, breathe, meditate and learn about the ancient wisdom of yoga.
