COMMUNITY YOGA and MEDITATION
A Soul Centered Practice for All Bodies
Community Yoga embraces all bodies from all walks of life. Yoga is for everybody and Community Yoga provides a safe space to explore the ancient traditions of Yoga in a modern day, urban context.
Yoga is not just a physical exercise but a soulful one. The practice was created and designed for the elevation of one’s consciousness by learning to quiet the mind. When we quiet the mind we are able to hear an inner wisdom and take action in our lives from a balanced and heart centered place.
Each yoga practice is uniquely designed based on Ayurvedic principles and Astrology. Expect to move, breathe, meditate and learn about the ancient wisdom of yoga.
