Art and music have always inspired one another. Art Castle is a sanctuary created to nurture one's visionary potential through the aid of sacred sound. Participants will be guided through a sound journey meditation designed to connect to their own creative spirit. After journeying everyone will have the opportunity to capture their visions on paper and let their imagination flow. A container will be held with live music and sacred herbs to support the artistic expression of each person. Paper, drawing boards, pencils and some other materials will be provided. It is also encourage to bring your own sketchbooks and whatever you may need to capture your ideas and visions.
